Bailey's Sweet 16




Excited to get her G1 and drive, Bailey forgot her glasses and had to wait to drive........bummer!
Bailey's first driving experience...well lets just say we have skid marks on the street beside the house (hate those left hand turns...lol). After a few months of practice she's doing great, she drives all over the place and is looking forward to her G2 in January! :S

Adam had a GREAT Track and Field this year. He placed in all events and ended up with the male runner up medal for his age, based on points. He qualified for the SKESSA meet and did ended up placing 4th in triple jump....yes those are braces you see. He got them on in April for about 2 years...ahhhhh

March Update

Ok so now its March and I'm not doing the best job of keeping up with this...lol.......well here is a quick update on the family.

Steve and I are doing very well. Business is still busy, even with the recession. I enjoy my part time hours leaving me home when the kids go to school and when they come home (and that's when the "Mom" taxi starts). Steve enjoyed his season as the hockey trainer for Adams team.

Adam is enjoying life with his layed back attitude. I tried to prove a point recently to him with his study habits. With out studying Adam brought home a excellent mark in a test, trying to get him excited I encouraged him to study and see what he could do.....well the next test came home, he studied hard and when he brought the test home with an excellent mark he didn't see the point as they were both "A's".

Bailey has just signed up for Rugby and conditioning twice a week (I'm not to sure how this is going to work...can you say "ER") but we have always told her to try anything she is interested in so we will see. She has also signed up for driving lessons in May.....I cant believe she is going to be 16! It seems like yesterday I was picking up after her, feeding her, putting band-aids on her boo-boo's - oh ya it was yesterday....lol

First Timer

OK...this is my first time at this so bare with me...lol...

Over the past couple years I have been enjoying my cousin Amanda and her hubby Nathan's blog. Being a busy mom, my intent was always to create a generic letter and send to everyone updating them on the "whats new". Well this never happen so for my 2009 New Years resolution I am going to try this blog thingy. I'm going to try faithfully every few months to keep this updated with photo's and current information on the family.
